#15. Bad tidings should not be drowned, but smoked away.

When the shit hits the fan, do not turn to alcohol.  Don’t pop pills either.  They are obvious, quick recesses, providing bad ups and worse downs.  There are no ends to these fixes, except for a fatty trip to rehab.

If you are in need of a quick psycho-vacation from a sour day, smoke some pot.

Weed can be advantaged sans addiction.   In a tricky yet advantageous equation, smoking also provides munchies weight.  Upon packing it on, you will hit the gym, therefore releasing endorphins, reclaiming your happy state naturally and healthily.
